$500 scholarship will be awarded to one chosen entry of a 1000-1250 word essay on “How do you think masonic organizations can grow and stay relevant in a post quarantine world?”

Brothers from all over the country assembled to lay to rest a great man, mason, friend, and brother.
Great day for a ride! Mother Charter and Dago and had two brothers from MRMC join us. 21 guys on a ride up to Crystal Lake.
Great ride today with brothers from Anaheim, San Pedro, Temecula, San Diego and points in between. Meet up in SD and ride to a brewery in Escondido for lunch.
It was a perfect day in SoCal to meet up with brothers from Los Angeles to San Diego!
The Ruffians volunteered as manual labor at the Los Alamitos Youth Center Christmas Tree Lot as another one of our many community service activities.

This one-time, $500 scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior in high school or a current first-year student in college or vocational school who is an active member of a Masonic Youth Organization including DeMolay • Job’s Daughters • Rainbow Girls and whose Chapter, Bethel or Assembly is located in the counties of Los Angeles • Orange • Riverside • Ventura • San Bernadino • San Diego
Applicants shall submit a 1000-1250 word essay on the topic: The Importance of Loyalty & Ethics Within the Masonic Bodies

The Ruffians (and a few other Masonic clubs) rode to and participated in the retiring and replacing of the US flag at the Long Beach Scottish Rite, followed by significant fellowship at the “Hiram Fellowship Center”.
Some of the Ruffians got a chance to participate in the Rowland Heights “Buckboard Days Parade” this weekend.
And we won first place in the crowd-voted Adult category, beating the Shriner’s at that!!
